Challenges

In this story named The Independence games it is about
Israel and her friends doing the Independence games. In the
games Israels favourite games are
running, cycling and swimming. Israel has been in the Independence game for three years. The problem is Israel has visual problems and a right hemiplegia (which in her case, means
that she experiences weakness on the
right side of her body). If you want
to know more about hemiplegia just
type it up on google. The reason why I like this book is because it shows not to stop dreaming!

Tangram Puzzle

In Cybersmart we all did a puzzle and it is called Tangram. It is a shape of a horse because I choose
it. The special thing about it is that it looks pretty,
colourful and I am proud of it. The shape that was
hard for me was the magenta shape at the bottom
that was used for the tail. To turn press alt and press
the arrows and another is if you want to  nudge press the arrow keys.

Meet my Teacher

Meet my teacher

I did a post about my teacher so that everyone knows my teacher! My teacher is Mrs Riley.
The three things she loves are sleeping, eating and most of all Dolphins. She is obsessed with
Dolphins but I do not know why. She is the nicest teacher ever. If you want to see her profile
press on Meet my teacher and press the link.

Report About Spiders

Report about spiders

My report about spiders is going to show you other types of spiders, their habitat and
their life cycle. Spiders are yucky, hairy and crawly arachnids. I hate spiders because they
are not my favourite things to see. To see my report go on Report about spiders and press
the link. I know that once you read this you will know lots about spiders.

How to Make a Pinata

For writing in Room 9 we learnt how to do procedural writing. When we were getting ideas from the book I was going to write about how to make a pinata. If you want to see my procedural just press on my procedural and press the link. Also there is a warning to people who want to make it. When I was writing it I really wanted to make a pinata. Have fun to the people who are making it.

        Now tie it off.

2.When you have tied it off shake, shake, shake your balloon so
that the confetti and the glitter spread around.

Pest Investigaters

In room 9 for our inquiry we have been studying about pests. We have done art and most of us made ladybirds and the boys did spiders. I like how I created mine, I used red foam paper for my red coated wings. I like how my smart and creative teacher Mrs Riley thinks of these amazing artworks of pest even though she does not like art.

Thank you for reading my blog post.

Duffy Show

On Thursday Henry and Robert Rakete (the brown wiggle) came to our school to show us how they succeeded from what they learnt about reading at school. Robert Rakete showed us his favourite book he read when he was in primary. While he was talking it seemed like he really liked reading in school. When it came to the part of giving out the books Shaniqua went up to get her book that she ordered. After that we said goodbye to Robert Rakete and went back to class to get the books we ordered!

Cybersmart learner

For cybersmart we did a Tip Top poster with Mrs Grant. We learned how to do keyboard shortcuts
so we are faster on our chromebooks.
